Customers can also choose to pick up orders at our physical store location at no additional cost. Please note that shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Printware Tech, we want you to shop with confidence. We want you to love your purchase! While we do not offer refunds, we gladly accept exchanges or provide store credit for eligible items returned within 14 days of receipt. To qualify for an exchange or store credit, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped. Store credits will be issued in the form of a digital voucher and are valid for one year from the date of issue.
